Activation PointYour data plan will start as soon as you install the eSIM on your device. You can purchase now and scan the QR code to install the eSIM 1 day before you leave or after you land in Malaysia. 24 hours is counted as 1 day and counted continuously from the point of service activation.

Can I use Nationwide eSIM Plans everywhere in Malaysia?
Yes, eSIM Malaysia Unlimited Plans work everywhere in Malaysia. We select and offer the best data plans which provide the best nationwide coverage.
Should I order and activate an eSIM before traveling?
You can purchase an eSIM at your convenience before your travel date, but remember that your data plan will start as soon as you have installed the eSIM on your device.
Additionally, please note that to install the eSIM, your device must be connected to a Wi-Fi or a cellular data network.
Are voice calls and SMS available with the eSIM plan?
You cannot make phone calls or use SMS with this eSIM plan.
eSIM Malaysia Unlimited Plans are data-only and do not include a local mobile number.
After my eSIM plan expires, can I extend it?
